Who is responsible

This website is operated by Dr Jonathan Chernilo, founder of PontiNet, based in Brisbane, Australia. For any question about your information, email jonathan@pontinet.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the waitlist form: name, email, phone, country, type of practice, specialty or role, workplace, who you refer to, your interest in the open network, and your message. This website does not ask for, and must not receive, patient information.

How we use it

To contact you by email or phone about access to PontiNet, to discuss partnerships with institutions, and to decide which sites to open the network in first. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it's stored

Form responses are stored in Google Workspace, whose servers may be outside Chile and Australia. We share your information only with the providers needed to run this website.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies or identify individuals.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's useful for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing jonathan@pontinet.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law, including Chile's Ley 21.719 and Australia's Privacy Act 1988.

The PontiNet platform

This policy covers this website only. Use of the PontiNet clinical platform is governed by its own terms and consent records.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
